Is your hope in God? Our memory verse today is from a Psalm where David is surrounded by personal enemies so he asks God to help him restrain what he says. At times we need to remember to do this even when inside we are bursting to yell at them. When you're in a hopeless situation, realize your only hope is the Lord.
